| VACATION BOOKING |

Please email us your initial requirement and we will reply promptly to confirm the price and availability. After your travel details are confirmed and you choose to book a vacation with us, will then send you an invoice by email and will ask for a $ 250.00 deposit to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prio to departure. If your reservation is made within 90 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation.
Please note that, all prices are USD and are person. Prices do not include international airfare to/from the trip start/end point unless indicated so.
Deposit of $ 250 USD pp may be paid by CHEQUE, VISA or MASTERCARD at no surcharge or direct bank transfer (detail of our account will be included with our confirmation invoice)
Payment for the balance should be made by direct transfer to our bank or by VISA or MASTERCARD
If both the deposit and the balance are paid by VISA or MASTERCARD, a booking fee of 5% is applicable to the invoice total. However the booking fee is waived if the balance is paid by direct bank transfer.
Cancellation
Cancellations 90 days or more to departure will receive full refund. 60 - 89 days will be subjected to loss of deposit ($250 pp). 30-59 days will be subjected to loss of 50% of the tour price. 29 days or less will be subjected to 100% of the tour price. |
